SMARTFIT BY TOOLMITRAA
Create a Realistic Cycling Activity from a Map or GPX Track
SmartFIT turns a road, gravel or MTB route into a simulated cycling activity while keeping route progress, rider trajectory and GPS measurement as separate layers for more realistic repeated laps and out-and-back rides.
Repeated laps without identical GPS traces
The legal route remains fixed, but each lap receives a bounded rider line, gradual lateral movement and correlated GPS variation. Outbound and return directions can follow opposite travel sides rather than one shared centerline.
- Unique trajectory for every lap
- Direction-aware left/right traffic positioning
- Smooth overtake-like and obstacle-avoidance candidate events
- Different U-turn paths and traffic behavior
- GPS noise does not drive the activity distance
Cycling sensor realism
Speed, cadence, power and heart rate respond to gradient, surface, coasting, stops, acceleration and recovery instead of remaining constant at the requested average.
- Zero cadence during realistic downhill coasting
- Heart-rate lag and recovery
- Power surges around acceleration and pass-like events
- Optional traffic and break pauses
- Target average speed, HR, cadence, power and normalized power
Frequently asked questions
Will ten laps use the same GPS coordinates?
No when unique-lap trajectory realism is enabled. Every lap follows the same legal route corridor but receives its own bounded rider path and GPS measurement trace.
Does GPS drift change the generated distance?
SmartFIT keeps route progress separate from GPS measurement so small coordinate drift does not artificially inflate the generated route distance.
Can I import a real GPX track?
Yes. Exact GPX mode follows the ordered track geometry instead of reducing the activity to sparse waypoint chords.
